The patented WearTracker system transmits wall thickness data wirelessly. The sensor detects thinning and alerts users in good time of any risk of rupture. WearTracker is thus ideally suited for monitoring the condition of various piping solutions, for example.

Wireless measurement data is readable on any mobile or computer screen. It can also be integrated into the customer’s existing maintenance systems. Trigger limits set by the customer provide valuable time to plan ahead for necessary structural repairs and to manage costs.

The WearTracker system is leased and calibrated individually for each customer. The system can be moved around the customer’s premises, enabling wear tracking at different areas of a production line.
